There's always been confusion as to where/when well respected Palermo soldier Stanislao "The CPA" Pappalardo was rubbed out. This stems from confusion in translation. Most accounts say the hit happened at breakfast but if translated literally the newspaper reports read Pappalardo was shot while enjoying "eggs Danny Thomas style".
