When someone sets up a meeting and does not show.
This has never happened to me before, I am writing this guy off or will excuse him due to bat shit crazy Covid crap.
Trying to decide how to handle this, so far I blew him off already several times since.
He is upset.

I hear ya on that DP. That grinds my gears as well. Or when you text/call/e-mail someone, and they NEVER get back to you. Especially if you're hanging out or trying to make plans. It's like, if you can't or don't want to, that's fine, just say you can't and I'll figure out something else to do.
