So you keep putting up what the prosecutors submit, are there documents the defense puts up to show, or is it only the prosecutors that can do so. If that is the case it's one sided injustice

And my answer was the truth 99% of mobsters aren’t producing documents where they admit to crimes and tell prosecutors who they committed them with,then they would be a cooperator.
As for this document it’s a sentencing memorandum that they submitted after Michael Persico PLEAD GUILTY....
