Yeah.
Rotterdam is a working class city many tough 'volksbuurten' (people's neighborhoods) back in the days like Crooswijk, Rotterdam-South, Oude Noorden and Chinatown. A lot of dockworkers lol. But most dutch have now moved to the suburbs or towns like Schiedam.
