This kid was a nut job. Not part of the life. It's not like a rival faction killed Cali. What would killing his innocent family do but draw heat. Even family members of made guys in American mob that ratted weren't targeted(except for Fat Pete's sister Patricia Cappazola) or associates family(except Joe Salerno Sr).
