Remember, it was Scarfo that went to the commission and asked Keys to be killed to "prove the administration was truly backing Scarfo" and not Keys. The Gambino's were given the job because 2 Gambino's were innocently spotted talking with Keys at a restaurant and it looked bad.

Yes agreed .... its amazing that guys on here know the questions.... with at least Sammy you can reach him .... but Phil was always quiet .... not cut out for YouTube although someone could work with him and get him out of his shell .
