In the Netherlands when people are charged they don't release their last name?
Journalists in the Netherlands will refrain from releasing the last name of an arrested underworld figure, except when they feel the name is already public knowledge (like Holleeder for instance).
In the UK it's different. They release full names and everything.
In the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany...they rarely release the last name. Especially in France they usually don't even release the first names of the criminals.
