Drug lab found in arms dealer shed

A drug lab was found Wednesday morning in a warehouse of arms dealer Jan B. in Hulten. A 39-year-old man from Croatia has been arrested. A production lab for synthetic drugs is said to have been established in the shed on Hulteneindsestraat near Jan B.'s house.

The police raided after a report came in about a suspicious situation. According to BN / De Stem , a trailer was parked at the warehouse that was registered as stolen. The 39-year-old Croat has been arrested on the spot.

Jan B. (70) has been in prison for almost four years for, among other things, the arms trade and the disposal of the body of a man who was a police informant. He was also convicted of threatening Mayor Jan Boelhouwer of Gilze-Rijen.
