Great job DP! I'm taking it up a notch too. The swimming and biking I did on Friday, I enjoyed it so much I did it again yesterday and I feel great.
Getting offline early tonight to watch some TV before bed.
Miss my swimming, soon it will be summer and I will have the pool back, enjoy i12.
FYI - I had an instructor tell me if having problems sleeping , take a hot shower right before bed and it will make you sleepy after a long day. It works.
Thanks DP. I shower in the mornings after the gym. Slept better last night, was pretty worn out from the day and the gym earlier.
