Still doing the free Zoom Yoga, movement breath work meditation class my friend offers online every day several times a week.

I am averaging 4- 6 days a week.

The classes are amazing and I feel great after it.
Between this and the fasting for lent I am really shaping up, think I may be in the best shape I’ve been in for years.
