How would have the philly mob landscape turned out if Salvie struck first and whacked Nicky Scarfo. And would salvie's reign been longer than little nickys was.
Salvie only possibility was to escape from Philly,even if he would personally whacked Scarfo,he would be suddendly killed because the Commission wouldn't give him a pass.
Maybe if he killed Scarfo and get on the lam,who know the next boss,one of the Piccolos? Who know,maybe with time could give him a pass like Casella. But its just hypothetys.
