Frank Deluna is alive and kicking, he eats at Jasper's which is owned by the son and nephew of two old time made members, Lenard Mirabilie and Jasper Mirabilie Sr. Their first bar was on 12th street which at the time was the red light district with mob owned bars and eating joints, It was the closing of this street to build the convention center which started the River Quey mob war.
