He was born in bath beach and gravitated to the Flatlands/Canarsie scrapyard auto area where the Lucchese Family was prevelant. Lucchese associate at first but Nino Gaggi(Bath Beach) put him on record with Gambino in the early 70s. After DeMeo got whacked in 83, his crew members Joey Testa, anthony senter, patty Testa and Carlo profeta went back to the Lucchese Family
