Unfortunaly I didn't find anything on the web, my source is Antonio Nicaso's book Global Mafia: The New World Order of Organized Crime (1995) There is a picture in it of Macri and Salvatore Ingrati with a bag of heroin moments before the FBI arrest them.

They said the Isola Dora operation was the first which unveilled the role of the 'ndrangheta. It started as an ordinary drug network operated from a pizzeria in Delaware by the old man Faro Bartolotta a sicilian boss.
