Among those arrested stands the name of Antonio Gallea , a boss of the stidda (the mafia "independent" from Cosa Nostra) of Canicattì, sentenced to life imprisonment for having authorized - from the cell in which he was already locked up - the elimination of the judge Livatino. In 2015, despite the life imprisonment, Gallea obtained the benefit of semi-release from the surveillance court of Naples , being able to leave prison in the morning to return in the evening.
