Costa was close to Tello and the reason behind the attempted hit was stolen money I believe. Tello is in jail Costa had his charges dropped.
Even in Canada guys still get jail time for come not nothing.
So maybe Costa got left holding the bag for thee debt or alleged theft or he's a snitch
