Costa is a common name in the GTA Italian community not sure of relation to the Costa murdered in 1991 but Michael Costa was an associate of Steve Tello leader of cocaine importation cell linked to the Sinaloa cartel. Maybe an overlooked angle to the long list of murders in GTA/QC is that some of these murders are being done by cartel hitmen not local Italian OC.
