Ohter organized crime groups are probably getting stronger in Italy. But, italian crime groups are still at the top of the food chain. Impossible, that another crime group is above the italians in Italy.
Yeah, it's impossible that they'll ever become stronger than Italian OC in Italy. They'll have to stick to their own communities and areas in regions that are not traditional Italian OC strongholds - which is what they're doing and I doubt they'll have any interest to go further than that.
