I think Mancuso is alot more tougher and ruthless than Desantis, who seems to be Vic's lapdog anyway. Lucchese lost alot of power with Madonna and Crea being incarcerated.
Also, didn't the recent rat the lukes had testify that they only had like 70 active members? The bananas probably still hold a solid 100 or so

On the other side, i feel the bonnanos are more into blue collar crimes while the lukes are more white collar and could make more riskless money, i might be way off here though
