There are those who I can see granting parole to under extreme circumstances like this; and after 30 years Bobby Manna may be one of them.

But Casso is a complete psycho. He will be a dangerous man until the day he dies, even if he is a pariah today amongst his former Mafiosi. I can't imagine he would ever be paroled under any circumstances, and I don't think he should be.

Interesting to read that according to the motion he is now wheelchair bound. They may be making everything sound worse than it really is to increase his chances, but even with that it doesn't sound like he's doing very well.

I'm sure he will be denied release; perhaps the question is how much longer does he have to live?
