Camden was close in proximity and always under Philadelphia's main control. You can see Philly from Camden. You can literally walk there over the Ben Franklin Bridge. I have to believe Philly would have a bigger presence than anyone.

Did Camden have any control activities in Atlantic City? And from what I read wasn't there a guy named "Red" something or other I don't recall his last name or affiliation. IIRC, Reds was in the Trenton area.
