According to wikipedia he was born November 22, 1933.

That sounds about right. That would have made Chuckie about 87 or so. He had a real good run. Don't know if he ever did a bid when he was younger but he in his later life he was successful and respected. Came up under Mickey Demino. He got pulled into a case with that whole crew in the late 80's I believe. And of course that whacky Jersey case with the check cashing etc.

He also had a brother out of Brooklyn who died years earlier named Dutchie.
