The guilty plea's don't change anything

I dont know if anyone remembers from the new jersey case involving the lucheses and the bloods. The bloods leader made reference to a Frank White on a wiretap conversation. The luchesses were looking to warn off a bloods member that was shaking someone down connected to them and the gang leader told them to mention frank white. I wonder if it is the same Frank white that is mentioned in this case.

Probably. They were both 9 Trey Gangsters.

Most likely it's the same person. They operate in a structured fashion so it should lead back to Frank White. UBN sets maintain a regional network even through the southern prison system which i didn't realized that thet was the caise of that North Carolina shutdown.

I often wonder the same thing on how the hell is a top blood member talking with luchesses? I know that in prison it's easy to meet people regardless on how different you are you could be housed with or have a job with, there's tons a ways in prison that you come in contact and conversate with people you normally wouldn't ever speak to you and at times if you know you could help each other out when you get out then you stay in contact it happens a lot people meet a lot of connections in prison so it could have happened there where a luchesse or associate was locked up w a blood and they took each other info and got up when they got out . Another way is drugs , plain and simple when ur business is drugs of any kind you meet all types of people and develop relationships with them say if even your selling wholesale weed or powder or whatever and your doing business with someone regularly over time you get to know each other a little and maybe get into other business together so to a regular person it's tough to think how a mob guy and blood would know each other but to someone who is or has been in that life can tell you it's unbelievable how many different people from different walks of life you interact with
