Everything. But, that's today's response. Check back tomorrow and the answer may be different. Signor V.
"For me, there's only my wife..."
"Sure I cook with wine - sometimes I even add it to the food!"
"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies?"
"It was a grass harp... And we listened."
"Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it? Every, every minute?"
"No. Saints and poets, maybe... they do some."

Since Irishman mentioned gym: I'm a member of two gyms. At the Y, I hate it when old people (my age) plop down on a machine, close their eyes and pant for five minutes, then put 10 lbs on the machine and pant for five minutes, then do five reps and pant for ten minutes. At the other gym, I hate it when young people plop down on a machine and then fiddle endlessly with their smart phones. Also hate it when people sit on the stationary bikes to sit on while they watch TV. And, to Michael's first peeve: I also hate it when you're on the checkout line and the person before you waits until the bill prints out before reaching for the credit card. Even worse: they pay cash, and fish forever in pocketbooks or pockets for exact change, doling out the pennies (and dropping them).

Just driving ones I deal with every single effing day: 1 - Drivers not using their blinkers 2 - Drivers who don't turn off their blinkers 3 - Drivers who drive with their high beams on 4 - Drivers who drive with no headlights at all (in the dark) 5 - Slowass drivers who don't stay to the right 6 - Slowass drivers who do stay to the right LOL 7 - Drivers who are in the way (like, taking up more space than they need when turning) 8 - Drivers who see no problem driving on the shoulder way before their right turn 9 - Drivers who rush to get in front of me, cutting me off, who then drive wayyy too slowly 10 - Drivers ahead of me who make illegal turns, etc, like the rules don't pertain to them 11 - Drivers who speed through school zones or past school busses or through ped crossings 12 - Yes, drivers texting on their phones (tho I have less of a problem with ppl talking on the phone -- what's the difference between that and a CB radio for instance?) 13 - Most other drivers I think I'm forgetting a few, but #13 should cover them. I'm pretty sure the first time I get arrested will be for road rage
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

At the moment on my mind is my asshole neighbour who at least 3 or 4 times a week lets his dog shit at the end of my driveway right there on the pavement, so I went round and mentioned it and he was like if I give you a bag could you pick it up as I am having breakfast wtf ... so I told him like I told him the last time "it is your dog and you gotta pick the shit up yourself for gods sake"... he is a quite a nice old guy but I am close to spraying him and the dog with the hose.. drives me crazy
Ok, from now on, nothing goes down unless I'm involved. No blackjack no dope deals, no nothing. A nickel bag gets sold in the park, I want in. You guys got fat while everybody starved on the street. Now it's my turn. Frank White

Another peeve: You thank someone (a restaurant server, checkout person, anyone) for doing something, and they say "no problem." Don't they know how to say "you're welcome"? I cannot stand “ no problemâ€...... hate it......

Prescription Drug Commercials,,,,,,, they are driving me nuts.
They are on every other commercials, it shows exactly who is ripping people off and taking in too much money, just like the insurance companies.

Same thing w/car commercials..non stop..especially during the local newscasts. And on that subject ,, if ur watching a non major local network like Antenna , ME TV , basically showing back in the day programming, every commercial is either aimed @ the elderly (med-alert, insurance etc.) or low income peoples ( where to get a loan, cheap insurance, or cheap education classes OR those sad animal in cages commercials) over & over & over..drives me nuts.

Their audiences are so small that they don't register much in ratings. So, instead of advertising a product for people to shop for, nearly all their ads have a phone number for people to call and make a direct purchase or donation. If the phone doesn't ring, the advertiser moves his money somewhere else.

I hate rain that should be snow.
This rain we are having would have been at least a foot of snow.
The snow makes everything slow down and no one comes out/ Love it. Happy New Year DP. I agree with you. I prefer the snow just as long as I have power, water, and that I don't have to go out anywhere. Hope you are enjoying the Holidays! Exactly.... HiYa Beans....Happy New Year to you and your Family. I like watching the weather and planning around it so if a storm coming, I get what I need for a good round of cooking foods that go a long way with leftovers and a bunch of snacks, good bread and treats. I also will play my lottery numbers a few days in advance and not even go out for that. If work people call I tell them I’m not around. Its snowing pretty good right now. Hope all Well with you Beans, be well.

When the light turns green & black ppl. deliberatly walk slow across the street making u wait just to piss u off. And NO, I'M NOT being racist! It just happens 2 b a fact. I am certainly not racist either and get that, you need to be a city guy to understand that. I wish I had video time lapse of when I had to travel in rush hour in Manhattan, if you filmed the streets at 5pm when the streets became loaded with commuters trying to catch a train , workers trying to get to bus or home anywhere, you could see the brisk walker’s dodging around people who were moping in groups talking and walking as if they had nowhere in the world to go while everyone else did. They block side walks, stairways, escalators , doorways and crosswalks. I do not miss that shit.

American Airlines is really p*ss*ng me off right now! I heard from my cousin in New York back in September that my flight for Christmas next month might be in jeopardy because AA was pulling out of the airport I was scheduled to fly in to. I contacted American asking for a refund in September. They said the time frame they were pulling out of the airport was October 7 - November 3 and since my flight wasn't scheduled until December 8 and it was still showing as active, they declined my request for a refund. Well, they're now since canceled the flight and I contacted them yesterday following up on my request for a refund. They called me this time (all our correspondence had been via e-mail prior) and told me they couldn't refund my flight because I canceled my flight and requested a refund back in September. I told them I never canceled the flight in September, that I was requesting a refund because they were going to change my flights due to not servicing my final destination airport. They said "it's company policy that we can only process refunds once a flight is canceled." First, I never knew that and secondly, I STILL never asked or authorized them to cancel my flight because I was still going to fly on December 8 to see family for the holidays. I was still going to use the flight so why would I cancel it? After asking to speak to a supervisor the woman on the phone wouldn't put me on with one, saying, "they're going to tell you the exact same thing I am." I asked to speak to the refunds department and they don't accept incoming calls! Are you kidding me!? In the year 2020, this department deems itself so high and mighty that they don't want to be "bothered" with incoming phone calls. GET REAL! So she finally suggested that I contact my credit card company and dispute the charge, which I've done. They've given me a provisional credit for the flights but it'll take another 1-2 weeks until their investigation is complete. They better rule in my favor because I'm not going to be out hundreds of dollars for flights that American Airlines canceled and I never authorized them to do in September. Talk about a mafia! They take your money and never give it back! 🤬

When ur watching a good something or other (movie or so b it)...& ur cable shit co. gives out...or an emergency test ruins everything so u have 2 find ur way back 2 where u were .. . ...and, when you use your DVR to cue up a future recording, the program that you get isn't the one you expected.

Language manipulation that is being forced on us. The media is responsible for a good deal of it. Examples: A rainstorm is now an "event." A car company now has a "sales event." A heart attack is an "event". I swear to you, I once heard death referred to as a "life cessation event." Absolute bullshit. And speaking of the weather forecasts (and I think I was), when was the last time you heard "sleet"? If I hear one more person say "wintery mix" I'm gonna vomit. Nobody in the real world - that I know of - speaks that way! We are now supposed to say "challenging" instead of "difficult." Says who? Is this supposed to lull us into a false sense of something? Stop using language as something to hide behind! To coin a phrase: Tell it like it is. We're not supposed to say that something "affected" us - we're supposed to say it "impacted" us. WTF??? Remember when just about the only thing that was "impacted" was a wisdom tooth? There are lots of others, but I think the PC Police would have my ass on a plate if I spoke honestly. Actually, here's one: Why do we speak of Black people and white people (note the difference in capitalization)? And speaking of race, here's one that bugs me because of the obvious double-standard: If it's not allowable for Caucasian performers to wear blackface, yellowface, or portray any race other than their own (and, BTW, I'm not saying it that should be acceptable), why does Eddie Murphy get a pass when he plays an old, Jewish Caucasian in his latest film, Coming 2 America (the barbershop scene)? What's good for the goose should be good for the gander. There should be one standard here. Too much PC in general, to my way of thinking. Signor V.

The problem is, and to answer your question with a very simple phrase: double-standard. If the left didn't have double-standards they wouldn't have any standards at all. Supposedly this new voter ID law in Georgia restricts voting rights!? Sorry, but no. If I have to show ID to fly on Delta, you bet I want an ID shown when I vote. Weren't the same people who are crying now about voter ID laws the same ones crying that the election was "stolen" in 2016 (and which has time and time again to be proven to be nothing more than a hoax). This new law expands voting rights by expanding the number of days for early voting by 2 Saturday's (not during weekdays when most people are working mind you). But again, the left want it both ways. I'm right there with you my friend. Too PC, too many safe spaces, too many "you hurt my feelings with your words." I weep for the future of this country, which Biden is determined to do (and has done a marvelous job of) in only 4 months on the job. I miss the Donald so much!

Just to clarify: I did not vote for Donald Trump.
But the extremes of both sides have always put me off. Big time. I guess in many ways I've become a bit more of a centrist as I've aged. IMO, the so-called pendulum is either way too far on one side or way too far on the other.
So, I guess that's another of my pet peeves - the extremes on the Left and the extremes on the Right.
And that's about as political as I'm gonna get.

Signor V. YES...Signor..& heres more simple minded sh-t that gets 2 me...since when & why is a bartender suddenly a "mixologist" & when did the weatherman become a meteorologist?? ..& what's with these young ppl using the word "brand" every time they talk biz...f---ing ridiculous..i also feel sorry 4 the future..u cant even discipline ur own children w/out getting heat 4 it..
I didn't want to leave blood on your carpet...
