1) Turnbull, without a doubt. Guy's scary smart.
2) TIS, she has influenced me to become a nicer and better person.
3) Geoff, that's a given. No Geoff, no BB.
4) DMC. That guy posts like crazy! I've been here longer, and he's already passed me by at least 1500 posts
5) Patrick. He's the only one I've really debated with, but his responses are intellegent and well thought out, and he knows what he's talking about.
6) That's a toughie. I'll go with "Random Post Whoring".
7) The political ones. Man, can they can heated!
8) Good: Red Sox winning the Series. Bad: The tsunami, followed by the mudslides, followed by the deaths of Brando and Carson.
9) Irishman12
10) You can't ask me that! Everybody's great! This is my online family!

And you liar, teller of tall tales: you trample all the Lord's commandments underfoot, you murder, steal, commit adultery, and afterward break into tears, beat your breast, take down your guitar and turn sin into a song. Shrewd devil, you know very well that God pardons singers no matter what they do, because he can simply die for a song.

I just thought of another memorable moment from 2004 good/bad. The Bush national guard documents, that CBS swore up & down were legit.

I loved seeing CBS end up with egg on their faces.

I've only been here for half of 2004 so I can't be a good judge. But I think we should do a red carpet of GBB!

I'm beeing on this board for too short a time (since November 2004) to answer, but I want to take this opportunity to tell you that I already love this place and miss it when I can't log in. It's an incredible GF info resource and, most of all, there's a lot of terrific people here . And, as an extra bonus, taking part to the board it's a most effective and pleasant way for me to practice my English.

Yes, I've already got my fav members. At the moment they are MaryCas, TIS, Letizia, JustMe and RonnieRocketago (yes, he calls Mr Spielberg "The Beard", nontheless, he's a first class movie critic )

I was teasing Patrick. I was not referring to your Shakespeare thread. A while back Patrick started a thread comparing Shakespeare to Tupac. Pat knows how I hate Rap music, and I was referring to that thread, since I tease him about rap quite a bit. :p

Thanx, Lavinia! You made my first nomination! You are one of my most favorite members too! And Don Cardi, Turnbull, TIS, SC, and many others, of course. There are truly wonderful people here!
I'm not so long here to judge about the whole year, but I think our topics "you are from...if..." were rather funny, especially "You are from GBB".

Debra, It's great!
You must post it there, it will be lost here for future generations!
By the way it will bring the topic up and we may have another interesting thoughts added to it.

*Sniff* I promised myself if I won I wasn't going to cry. Too late for that, here come the Paltrow waterworks. It's just such an honour to be nominated.
