A total of four bomb threats this week at the high school next to my kids' elementary school. One on Monday, one on Tuesday, and two today. To to that off, maybe a little more than a mile away, a suspicious package was found at by a shopping plaza. They had to shut down a major road, the bomb squad came and destroyed it with a water cannon. A couple of days ago, two counties south of me, some kid bludgeoned his friend to death because of a girl and called the cops to tell them that what he did was self defense. The great Polk county sheriff Grady Judd called bullshit and locked his ass up.

They're already calling the Austin terrorist a god fearing, nerdy kid who loved everyone. Terrific people on both sides, I guess.

A group of kindhearted basketball players took a knee as a funeral procession passed through their Louisiana neighborhood.

Sisters Lynn Bienvenu and Johannah Stroud were in Washington Parish attending the funeral of their cousin, Velma Kay Crowe, when they saw the boys stop their pickup game outside Franklinton Junior High School and drop to their knees to show support to the family.

The sisters did not want the moment to pass without allowing others to witness, so they snapped a quick photo and shared it on social media.
