Was a hairpiece used by Al Pacino in GF II ??

I assumed that that was his natural hair slicked back, but there was a frame, right before Michael gets out of the car in Miami, to inside to see Hyman Roth, that it looked like something overlayed his natural hair, at the side of his neck...
