Nice!....I wish they had all the pages in order.

I always believed that Bonanno wanted to retake over the family and only let go of that dream in 79, when Galante was whacked.
Shortly after, he tried to cash out with his book.

Page 7 states this but couldn't find page 8.

The Maceo crime family was a sicilian american crime family that led the rackets in Galveston area from 1920s to the 1950s while Salvatore "Sam" Maceo tried to transfer to Las Vegas but died of cancer in 1951 and his brother Rosario in 1954.What left was take by the Fertitta family.
The Fertitta family and the Maceo family considered each other kin because of the marriage of Joseph Frances Fertitta to Rose's sister Olivia Maceo. The Fertittas became involved in the Maceo businesses due to this relationship.
Now the Fertittas like the Civellos of Dallas are legitimate businessmen.
