Listen to the epiphany project feathering Bet Williams. I met her in Germany some of these songs were song in Aramaic the language that Jesus Christ spoke.

Got friendly with her and her husband he is playing the piano.

They sang in church at my Grand sons baptism.

Later we rented a boat and had his party on the boat they sang on the boathouse as well.

I thought the album was pretty good broaden your horizons.

You can buy the album on iTunes by Hin Dagh.

Gets, this is especially for you. Remember how we were talking about back when we were young teens, breakdancing, popping, locking, and beatboxing were popular. Well, I found this interesting video on Doug E. Fresh and also a couple other vids going back to that time period. Hope you are well. Here they are:

Break dancing Jam on It by Newcleus (Best part is when the guy on crutches is breakdancing) lol

Have you ever liked a song so much, you just played it on a loop all day? I've been binging on this one all day...

Hollands, just remove the S after http, then the video will display.

For those who can't get into the above piece, here's another. Downloaded it today. Great street cruising music for a night time ride in a car...

You're welcome.

Speaking of Eric Clapton, I was watching Malice a few days ago, the 1993 Alec Baldwin flick. There's a bar scene where Alec is there with two ladies and Clapton is playing in the background. Ultimate chillout music. It was this one....

Ah, the late great Johnny Ace--killed himself (probably accidentally) with a pistol while on tour.
"Pledging My Love" is heard in "Mean Streets." That movie had a great Doo Wop soundtrack.

Wow!! Looking at that album, I see it's in "mono". Ha ha. Remember when you could buy a record in either stereo or mono, with stereo being the preference of course. lol I think most of my old albums are mono.

Noting some of the songs on that album. I remember they'd play "Be True To Your School" at pep rallies when I was in high school back in the stone age.

Memories!!! smile

I had a Victrolla mono for my records. After I bought my first stereo for the sound track of westside story the movie.

Before I ever bought a color tv i heard you could go blind watching it. I had a black and white one.

We always drunk Coke sofa because we heard Pepsi can take the paint off a car. That was started by the Coke company.

I have a cell phone, but only use it in an emergency. Otherwise I use a regular phone.

My kids all use a cell phone as their regular phone. I told them don't do that because I heard you can get brain cancer from using all the time.

I don't like a lot of trees because I think if a fire starts I am dead. I rather die from a bullet then being burned to death.

I always thought that "victrola" was the Italian word for record player lol My Grandparents had the huge radio and record player that looked more like a piece of furniture than anything else. They would play all their old records, teach me how to dance the Lindy, I think that was what it was called. I'd do a side flip lol got pretty good at dancing. My Grandpa was an excellent dancer. He and my Grandma put on a record for me and did the Jitterbug in the living room parlor in their early 80's. I wish I would have taped it. They could really dance those two. smile
