What an ignoramus. Even if he thinks sentences have become too harsh, 5 days is a joke. And the only time a judge should be able to bypass sentencing guidelines is if he wants to ADDITIONAL time. The whole point of those in the First place was because too many judges were giving slaps on the wrist like he did here.
