Glenn Forde, who was shown in an organization chart as being in Diego Serrano's group when Project OPhoenix culminated in 2015, is to be sentenced. His sentencing was originally scheduled for last Friday, May 4, but he is also on the Superior Court of Justice docket today (Wednesday, May 9) in R v. Serrano et al. I'll try to find out more, especially because I think he struck a plea deal.

There have been delays in his sentencing, but I have no idea why. The newest date for his sentencing is tomorrow, June 20, at 10:00 am. Domenico Scopelliti's sentencing is also scheduled for tomorrow at the same time.

You're asking me a question that you yourself have already previously answered on p. 1 of this thread. On that same page, I also posted a link to an Italian-language article that stated Ursino's family constitutes one of the main 'ndrine in Gioiosa Ionica.

Right, sometimes I forget about what I already posted. But how he fits in the family tree we still have to dig into.

BTW in March the Italians arrested Giuseppe Ursino, 50, and seized a restaurant and two bars in the Turin area. He´s a leader of the 'Ndrangheta in Piedmont.

At today's hearing for Giuseppe Ursino and Cosmin Dracea, the Crown and the Defence (Ursino's lawyer only) completed their sentencing submissions. The next date for the sentencing hearing is Thursday, February 28.

The Crown is seeking 15 years for Ursino, 14 years for Dracea.

Is this boss saying he has financial problems? I dont see it, you are part of an organization which makes billions of dollars every year, You are a boss in this organization and you have financial problems? I dont get it why the fuck do you do this thing for then.

Its not smart thing to say something like : "Hey i have a bunch of illegal earned money,hidden somewhere". I don't know if he do or not , but they usually try to hide it best possible way.

Santo Rumbo to be extradited to Italy

The suspected mafioso Santo Rumbo was arrested in Soleuvre on 9 August and has since been in police custody.

Rumbo is accused of having worked for the 'Ndrangheta mafia in Canada. As confirmed by the courts' spokesperson on Wednesday, the judge's chamber confirmed the decision to extradite Rumbo to Italy, where he will face a trial.

Rumbo has been based in Lamadelaine since the beginning of the year and was listed as a co-owner of a Differdange bar.
