Yeah, we're down to about eight months in New York. It gets less year by year. Ideally, by this time in a year or two, it will be eight months in Florida and four in New York.

It's nearly impossible to predict things, though. My Dad, my in-laws (who are both also in their 80's), the buildings. It's always something. But if I had my absolute choice that I could set in stone, it would be October to May in Florida, the Summer in New York.

I remember reading about that right after it supposedly happened, and another one of the very reputable sporting news services discredited it and basically said that it was a made up, bullshit story.

Is there any proof that encounter actually really did happen? I'm not questioning you guys or saying you are wrong or that it didn't happen. I'm just wondering if that was ever confirmed to be a 100% factual, true story.
