well the chicago unlike new york and the other two listed never had the making ceremony. i would say the genovese family. BUT if you're a good earner and down to get your hands dirty obviously any family will take you. The Outfit did have the ceremony. At least since the 1970s. That came out in the Family Secrets case. And you think the Genovese family is the easiest one to get made in?

All you have to do is learn the secret handshake and the genovese family lets you right in. They'll make you a skipper if you ask nicely.
All God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
I never met anyone who didn't have a very smart child. What happens to these children, you wonder, when they reach adulthood?

The Outfit always had non-italians in the high position,so there are 28-30 made men and maybe dozen of non italian associates that have the same respect of made men.
The Colombos due to the Persico regime are the smallest and the most rat infested family (17 men flipped) so even made Larry Zannino in prison.
The Bonannos are a cut above the colombos because are rebuilding after the Massino eartquake in 2004.

The most difficult famiy to get made was detroit because are the soldiers and associates have blood ties.
