That one with Dom in the middle is an old pic. Precopio's brother, Michael Precopio, is in the back and the other dudes are from 10th and oregon.

There are a ton of social clubs and even hangouts(13th and Bigler) that guys get together. It use to be some kind of office right in the middle of a good neighborood next to houses. The other social clubs one 2nd street are next to a bunch of clubs and bars. But they are Mummer clubs. The one that some of the connected guys are a part of is not on 2nd street. Grande is in that as well.

Back to those guys. I know the old man. Canio Pasquale. He used to own a resturant on 8-9th street. Whats left of the resturants near the Italian market. Its near Ralphs Resturant. I didn't read the story yet but surprised they would go after these guys for this.

Yea its just a tradition in Philly, I'm sure as Carm said they do it in a lot of places too. My old roommate in South Philly and all our friends are part of a Mummers brigade. I am too self conscious (and from jersey) to do it! Also I like to drink on NYE not New Year's Day lol. A lot of those south philly guys are tough as nails and would fuck you up in an instant, so I wouldn't assume they're sweet just based on the mummers clothes.
