I would say they should just tell the truth. It's a good thing Tyreese is there to back up story, cause I don't know if Rick would believe Carol alone. AND if Tyreese can forgive Carol, I'm guessing the group will too. Then again.....Carol DID kill Lizzie (be it just or not). Can she be a trustworthy?? Is she trigger happy? Don't know but I can't wait to watch Sunday. smile

The shows have been ok, last weeks episode The Grove was best of season. What disappoints me is that they led fans to believe this season would have new characters and a new setting. The 3 new characters promised were Abraham Ford, his girlfriend Rosita Espinosa, and Dr. Eugene Grant. Instead all we have had so far is one scene with them in it throughout this season. That was it. Also the entire Terminus plot has been just a tease to viewers so far.

Last month this appeared on Yahoo tv about the new characters

So three episodes and no Rick.

A little disappointed with the second half of season four but still better than anything on TV at the moment. I knew the older sister was going to die in some way but was there any need to kill both the girls..

Looking forward to tonight's episode.

SPOILERS

Not a bad episode last night. Compared to last week's shocker it was kind of a nice change. Glad to see Maggie/Glen finally met up.

What's with the a**holes that poor Darryl is with? LOL The "claim" game and fighting over a squirrel(or was it a rabbit?) lol I am glad to see Darryl not willing to play their stupid games (at least not yet). So this "Joe" guy that Darryl is with is part of the group that was in the house where Rick was hiding? They are trailing him?

I'm wondering about this Terminus place. Could it be another Woodbury with another physco leader?

Does Eugene really have a cure? I'm glad they stayed behind to help Glenn & Tara.

Joe is indeed the leader of the group that was in the house where rick was hiding. One of them saw Rick before he passes out from being choked by one of them when they were fighting over the bed. They want revenge as they know Rick killed one of their own, the guy who was in the bathroom and he didn't attack the brain of that guy. Joe was saying how the guy turned into a walker.

yeah I don't know about Terminus. I have a feeling it's going to be semi-safe place. however, maybe now there will be a battle between rick and his group vs Joe and the guys he leads. Notice every group has their own rules and they expect everyone to follow these rules. Imagine if Rick is blamed for bringing bloodshed to the last safe spot. I doubt everyone come to Terminus and lives happily ever after. Eugene is interesting, but I would want to hear more specifically why DC is so important to him.

Something very strange about Terminus. I re-watched the end of the episode last night and noticed how they REALLY focused on showing us the plants that were growing. Ironically an ancient Roman religion once existed where the people worshiped a God called Terminus. Part of their belief was that plants possessed a spiritual presence and therefore plants were held in high regard by worshipers of Terminus. Also a part of their religious practice was to offer human sacrifices up to their God Terminus.

So I am wondering if this place is based on the beliefs and practices of this ancient Roman religion. Wondering if that is why the cameras specifically scanned over all of the plants that we saw in this episode. Wondering if the people of Terminus put those signs up all around hoping to attract newcomers to offer up as sacrifices to their God.

Sounds like we're going to be left with a big cliffhanger. I cant see Rick getting killed just yet. I wouldn't be surprised if Glenn or Megan are killed off seeing has they have just been reunited.

I sure hope they don't kill off Rick. As the article said some fans will be sobbing? panic That would be me if they get rid of Rick. Of all characters Rick has had his share of loss/problems. Damn, I sure hope if someone does get killed off, that it's NOT Rick or Darryl.

Then we got the long ass wait til Oct. before we see it again.

"...all arrived to a place with flowers blooming, crops growing, and a woman named Mary offering them a plate a food."

I'm telling you that I really think what I mentioned in my above post is what Terminus is all about.

Holding flowers and plants in high regard. In my opinion they may be feeding the newcomers to fatten them up so that they can eat them. These Terminus people may very well be cannibals.

Just my theory.

I don't see Rick dying, like it or not he is part of the show much like Clay was on Sons of Anarchy and you see how long they let him live. He's kinda the guy you just can't get rid of yet.

I with Don Cardi, something stinks about Terminus.

I don't think it will be Rick either. The only person in the group I would be shocked by is Carl or Darryl dying.

I have been wondering about the Dr. Eugene Porter character myself. He says he knows a cure and what is causing the dead to turn, yet no one asks him anything about it. Glenn was with Rick when they went to the Center for Disease Control and met that crazy doctor who explained how everything started, yet he has not asked Eugene or Abraham Ford about it. It's a big plot hole.

This season has been primarily spent watching people walk on railroad tracks and talk. I was hoping the walkers would just eat Glenn and Tara in that tunnel. They can eat Maggie too, and she used to be my favorite character.

There are too many story lines to follow, and the show is now a soap opera instead of a horror show. The group Daryl is now with is interesting, I see a hint of Daryl starting to bond with that group leader. Is he starting to like him because he reminds him of his brother Merle? It's pretty obvious there will be a big showdown in the final, but by now I am just wishing this season had been cut down to 4 episodes instead of 8.

I am pretty sure I know who dies tonight and how their death will happen. I can say kind of predictable if you know how the writers tend to write this show. I don't want to spoil it for anyone. hopefully we can just enjoy the finale and we will all be looking forward to next season.

SPOILER ALERT!

It was bad. First 20 minutes was flashbacks and talk, with only a small scene where they let walkers eat a guy they could have saved in my opinion. After 20 minutes we have that group of bad guys Daryl is with show up. Three minutes alter they are dead. It was intense, and good, but the build up to it took weeks. Darryl was punched, kicked, and beaten by four of the men, next day, he has only a few minor scrapes on his face.

More flashbacks, more commercials, more talking. We finally get to Terminus, and it is full of hipsters who stand around sketching diagrams over tables. It looked like Google headquarters, post-apocolypse. Rick realizes they are bad after he sees the watch Glenn owned on one of the hosts.

It turns out they are cannibals, we get to see a glimpse of some bones and a skull as Rick, Machine, Carl and Darryl are trying to escape, and there is moment reminiscent of the movie The Road as we hear people trapped in a giant container of some sort plead "Save us, let us out, please."

The show ends with everyone together, trapped in a locked freight car, and Rick uttering a corny action-hero line to end things. Did anyone actually like this season?

This season was slow and i think is gearing up for season five. Season 4 could have been better but could have been worse. Spent alot of time introducing new characters and tiring up back story loose ends.

I think Ricks charecter is back as we know him..

POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!!

Was it one of the best seasons? No. Was it a horrible season? No.

In my opinion this season was pretty good. I particularity liked the idea of their making us learn more about each character, their background, how they got to where they are and what they've now become. The depth of the characters and the writing was pretty intense this season.

As for the season finale itself, it was decent. I think that it served it's purpose in that throughout the season we saw everyone as an individual, physically separated, and metaphorically speaking.... 'on their own'.....only to come full circle and 'find themselves and each other' once again.

As far as Rick being back....well he's more than back. He's gone from an enforcer of the law in the pre-apocalyptic world, to an organizer and leader in the new post-apocalyptic world, to what now seems to be an "all bets are off" kind of person who proved last night that he will do whatever is necessary to protect his son and to protect all that he cares about who are in tune with him. Had I been in Rick's shoes and some sick F**k was about to rape my son, I too would have ripped his juggler out with my teeth!

Overall I have to agree with what was posted above about this season setting up what I think is going to be a good story line for next season.

SEASON 4 FINALE SPOILERS

I thought the finale final scenes were going to be with major character loss/es BUT the first five/ten minutes blew me away. I did NOT see that coming AND kept thinking about that scene throughout the episode. Excellent writing. I never would have guessed it. clap

Granted no huge ending but I tell ya, I was happy that Rick, Darryl & Carl survived. The opening scenes kept me riding high throughout the episode. I loved it!!!

Btw, just read this article (SPOILERS) Including this:

"A melee ensues (with Daryl joining in the fight against the Claimers) and one of the thugs grabs Carl, clearly intending to rape him"

I sort of wondered that during that scene. They guy was really creepy.

Yes the guy was going to do things to Carl that is not legal in our country.

Terminus got some sick folks, but they have a good racket set up. Put up posters and get on radios claiming who all arrive will survive until it's time to feed everyone.....lol

In my over half a century on this planet, this is the first and only TV show I ever "followed" on a weekly basis from the 1st episode to the most recent.
It is hopelessly addicting.

Been there and done it
I am very much for real, so if you ask, make sure you really want to know.

I love the last line of the last episode
"They screwed with the wrong people"

These people took on an army with a tank and blew it up.
Now add Ford and that Latina chick to the mix?
Holy shit

The terminus people have NO idea who they have locked in that rail car, if they did they would RUN
They have no idea how fucked they really are
