Thanks Jose and Dellacroce. Lance is definitely an enigma. How he does not get indicted is astounding. I do not think he is a rat but wow I wish I had his luck.

Do you guys think he is still a capo? I know this is guess work. Does he live in South Philly?

He's not on the Feds side at all. He lives in south Philly - not sure his status since Georgie release but he was capo before. He's a good guy and well liked in SP. He's super low key and probably never got caught on wire but Carries a lot of weight in philly

I remember that thing with ''Mikey Lance''I thought they said they thought it was him on the phone taps but come to find out it wasn't.He's so low key they can't even decipher his voice on a wire tap.

Surely Lance keeps his capo rank, if not he may be consig. Why would they take him down to soldier when he's been capo for over a decade and hasn't been indicted?
