He's gonna have to get used to playing on a bad team, with more than likely a bad offensive line too. He was lucky up until now to have two offensive tackles that are going to be 1st round draft picks this year.

Why is the NFL such a graveyard for so many college QBs? We need look no further for proof of that than Tim Tebow. I forget if there was much expected of Brady and Manning. I know that there wasn't all that much of Big Ben.

Nothing was expected from Brady or Tebow. Brady was a late round pick, and Tebow was expected to go in the late rounds too until the Broncos decided to waste a 1st round pick on him. Most people knew he didn't have an NFL arm. Everyone was obviously wrong about Brady. Manziel has all the physical tools, but like others have mentioned, he has a 10 cent brain.
