Excellent episode!

Who's feeding the walkers with the rats? Someone is sabotaging the prison and compromising the safety of all those in the prison. One though that crossed my mind is that the Governor may have a mole or two living inside the prison.

As for Michonne.......
Click to reveal..
at first we see her not wanting any part of Judith. She seemed to shriek when Judith was crying. Then later on she initially refuses to hold Judith, but then all of a sudden, as if giving in to her inner feelings, Michonne takes Judith and then instinctively cradles her like a mother would and breaks down crying! So it is quite obvious, at least to me, that she may have lost her baby when the plague hit. After all we really don't know anything about her background.

The writing for this show is great. Think about it. It may be a horror show about survival, but the writers are so good that they actually make the viewer care about the characters. There were two scenes over the years that stand out in my mind that choked me up :

The first when Rick collapsed after realizing that Lori was gone. And the second when little Sophia came out of the barn as a walker. The hurt on her mothers face, on Ricks face knowing that he had to be the one to take her out, the look on Shanes face after realizing that he opened a can of worms, and the hurt on Hersheal's face finally having to admit that the walkers were not sick humans. You could feel the hurt yourself when watching those scenes.

Wonderful acting and fantastic writing.

It's true we as viewers care lot about the main characters, i do miss Shane though, he and Merle are the only two i was gutted to see killed. Both bad guys, but good bad guys..

I think out of the main characters to die this season as one or two always do in this show, it will be Beth or Megan or even Hershal..

Another good episode. And, I agree with you DC and have always said the acting is great and the story (writers) deserve big kudos IMHO. Re Mishonne, I was wondering the same thing. AND it is possible that the Governor may be behind this virus somehow? confused

DeNiro, I'm with you on Shane as well. He wasn't a good guy in the end necessarily BUT something about his character added to the story .....or something. Can't put my finger on it, but I liked him.

I think it is the Governor too. Remember his buddy was some scientist wasn't he? Maybe he spread it intentionally?

I do think he is behind the killings at the end.

Btw, found this nice article about last nights episode talking about the piglets. But, click on the video link and it's about 5 minutes of cast/crew discussing last night's episode.

I bet it is the Governor or one of his henchmen who is sabotaging the prison. How many people stayed with the Gov?

I felt bad for those 2 little girls with the dad and the one girl who wanted to re-kill her dad.

Man if that fence would've gave way they would've been in a world of hurt.

I hope Herschel don't get killed this season I like him the best.

I'm thinking, turn around and go back. They had one of the writers or make-up artist on the Talking Dead. He said there was 7500 zombies. uhwhat

Reading along the lines of the paragraph below i can only presume its the guys sister who will not make it..

"The footage we saw from New York Comic-Con ran just a bit longer than the above clip, so while we won’t spoil everything for you, suffice to say Daryl and the others won’t be able to back out of the encounter too easily. Not to mention, other footage we’ve seen of the battle doesn’t look too good for at least one of the occupants of that car!"

I think the new guy that's the medic is the mole.....He just don't sit right with me.....and I believe that the virus is spreading the way it first began before the world fell apart, presumably from animals. They have their own little city within the prison safe and sound then all of a sudden one of their own gets sick and dies which is probably how it started in the first place.

SPOILER ALERT!!

Last night's Episode :

Click to reveal..
Carol! Wow! I didn't suspect her at all. Although I did, for a slight moment, have a feeling that it might have been her who burned the bodies when Bowman tells her that she is the only one that cares and that he trusts. The big question now is did she burn them after or before they turned? Personally I think that she did the right thing either way.

SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN 10/27/13 EPISODE

Another excellent episode. Yes, DC, I wonder about Carol as well. AND, I wanna yell "NOT GLEN"??? frown Also, with Darryl/Mishone/Tyreese little surprise on the way to get supplies, I'm wondering if medication will get to the prison on time. I've had a car stuck in snow before but must admit never in "walkers." lol

Btw, in last week's episode they showed all the dead rats which I assume is to blame for this "virus" in some way. Do you all think like I do...It has to be the Governor, no?

The Governor? Yes, I believe that somehow he is involved in all of this mayhem that is taking place in, what was once a safe haven, the prison.

Btw, on a humorous note, I see that AMC is having their "FearFest" this week. Coming up???????? "Flight of the Living Dead." Tho he's not in it, I just have to picture Samuel L. Jackson saying "I am sick and tired of all these MFing zombies on a plane." lol I actually didn't mind Snakes on a Plane but so many of these movies are so lame that they are comedies.

Tyrese wants Rick to find out who burned the bodies, now that he knows who did it will he rat out Carol? I doubt it. He lucked out I thought for sure he was gonna get bit.

Not happy that the doc spit up on Herschel.

Ok, I know George Romero has had his hits and his style BUT he is actually dissing The Walking Dead as a soap opera? uhwhat WD is way better than his couple hit zombie movies IMHO. He said he refused to direct a couple episodes. Do I smell sour grapes?

I thought it was a good episode certainly better than last weeks. I like the episodes where they go on runs away from the prison.

I thought that Rick and Carols heart to heart were good and we can see now how much Carol has changed from season 1. Rick was brave to send her on her way but i can see why he did it, but im sure she'll be back.
What was with the two random people they met in the house, was it the girl who we saw being eaten, i wonder what happened to the guy.

De Niro,

It was the girl being eaten, you could see the tattoo on her leg when Rick opened the door. Him and Carol were waiting on the guy to come back at the house they found them in, he never came back so nobody really knows at this point if he is alive or not.

For some reason I have a feeling the boy (Sam) is alive. I think Rick giving him his watch has some significance tho. They may find a walker with his watch or something? confused

I do understand Rick's decision on Carol but I also think she'll be back to the prison. However, they better lock up Tyrese. LOL He's a loose canon right now.

Tyrese dies eventually I think, either by walker (him being drunk) or something of the like.

I agree with you as well TIS, I think he is either alive or he does become a walker with Rick noticing the watch. We'll find out soon enough as I think the watch gave it away. With Carol we haven't seen the last of her, but how will she be back? That is the biggest question so far.
