Well we don't know IF Shane was the father or not. confused It may not even come up again in the series and that wouldn't bother me. However, I can maybe see writers pursuing that storyline more than the "Ghost Lori" scenes. I took the phone calls Rick got, and now the Lori ghost, as Rick's therapy. He'll come to his senses (soon I hope) and move on. I hope that storyline fades because I think it's unnecessary don't you?

Btw,my daughter who just started watching, had a good question. What's with all the decayed bodies in the cars during the outside scenes when Rick and gang are walking around. She asked WHY are there bodies and how come they didn't become walkers. confused IF everyone is infected than everyone should turn no?

That is a good question but i'm guessing the zombies was there just for effect. Was this in season 3?

DeNiro, part was season two. She sort started watching somewhere in the middle Sunday when they were replaying episodes. My thought was that even tho everyone has the infection, NOT everyone turns. Don't know my Zombie history. LOL lol

TIS

It's funny cause Sunday AMC ran WD all day. She watched when she could (not letting her 3 small kids see it) and she'd call and ask a question. It took me a couple minutes to figure out she wasn't watching the same episode as I was. She was a few ahead. No wonder I didn't know what she was talking about. lol She has direct tv and I have Time Warner is the only reason I can think of as far as the sequence goes.

Hey guys, re the black/white episodes of the Pilot and others. I wanted to see it again and wanted to let my daughter & SIL know when it's on. According to this, the pilot was on yesterday. I swear I checked several times and didn't see it. I understand it'll be every Thursday?? Am I reading it correctly? confused If anyone hears of the pilot coming on again, whether black/white or color, can you please alert me in case I don't see it?

I suppose I could send a youtube link but would prefer watching on tv. Thanks

From the AMC website re tonight's show:

The group debates the next step; Rick searches for a lost friend; Daryl and Merle question their choices; the Governor restores order.

Rick searches for lost friend. That Black guy and his son that helped him???? confused

Glad to hear Daryl questioning his choice. Wouldn't take long for Merle to get on anyone's nerves. LOL Hope he goes back to Rick & the gang.

Rick probably goes back to Woodbury to get Andrea or Michonne?...I wouldnt count on seeing the black guy and his son at least in the short term, maybe in some future season/episode.

Good episode, shit is hitting the fan thats for sure. Who was that person who drove the truck full of walkers into the prison? Was it that chick from Woodbury who didnt want to tell Andrea where the Governor was? When I first saw her I thought it might have been Andrea but I quickly knew it wasnt her.

I'm sure one of the governor's people but I hadn't realized it was a woman. Yea, not Andrea for sure. That little ambush really did take me by surprise.

When Daryl show that huge arrow I literally cheered at the tv. LOL lol

How many more episodes are left this season? I have a feeling one of the major characters isnt going to make it to the next season.

Well this is mid-season and last week returned with episode 9 so guessing roughly 7 or 8 more episodes? confused You're likely right about a major character DD. A couple possibilities; Glen is so outraged right now he might end up acting and not thinking; Andrea could be a victim of the Governor should she go back to Rick's gang (and I think she will); then of course Merle is so hated anyone could go after him. lol IF they ever lost Hershel, there goes the medical help. Would make the story interesting... SO, maybe him?
The ones I DON'T think will be written out are Rick or Darryl.

I kind of felt sorry for the prisoner that got it while he was talking to Carol. He was just beginning to come across as a decent guy and boom! LOL Good thinking on Carol's part as she took cover from the bullets, shielding herself with his body. panic

Season 2 has 13 episodes, we have had 10 episodes in Season 3 so far. So I think a good 3 more episodes will probably close out the season even though I wish it was more. I highly doubt Merle makes it into the next season which would be a plus in my opinion, I dont particularly like him. Hershel is a good possibility to go IMO. That would be a crazy thing if he does go.

There "mid season" isn't actually midway then is it? They've had ten then you are probably right 2/3 left maybe. frown Goes by to fast and there's way too much time between seasons.

DD, I too watch Mad Men but must admit I am losing interest in it because of the time span between seasons. Geez, I probably should watch it all again for a refresher. rolleyes

I also watched True Blood but that's getting too "out there" and I don't think I'll watch anymore OR at least not necessarily make it a point to watch it. Another long time between seasons BUT TB, IMHO is also losing its steam.

Yea, I should also probably re-watch the last few episodes of Mad Men to get a refresher. I am sure they will re-air the last season again once the new season is about to air

I havent bothered watching True Blood as I have ZERO interest in it.

Yes RIP axel. Rick was almost a walker meal and Darryl and Merl saved him. That was the second group they saved. I hope they don't kill off Hershel. He is doing his best to keep Rick in check. Besides that I really like him.

At first I thought the driver of the van was Andrea to but I agree it's a chick from Woodbury. Still hoping that the Governor get his.

Just finished watching TIS, was a very good episode.

There's going to be 16 episodes Dapper.

That ambush really was something else, did not see that coming. Looks like there in the shit now. Also didn't expect Axel to die, even though he was creeping me out flirting with Carol.

Was good too see Daryl save Rick after there little adventure but im still not sure that the group are going to accept Merle as he can never keep his mouth shut..

Seems that Glenn is now taking charge up while Rick was going crazy and taking charge of the group. And the Governor is brainwashing Andrea even more by sayin "we need you here"

Looking forward to next weeks episode.

I like Glen and how he's evolved in the series BUT I still don't see him as the leader. I think as long as Rick is (in Glen's words) "roaming around crazy town" lol I would go for Daryl (assuming he's returned to the group) as leader.

I Liked how Daryl helped out the random people on the bridge, because it was the right thing to do and then he stopped Merle from looting the car. Daryl's character has evolved the most since the start of season 1..

Yes, quite the difference between Daryl & Merle. Darryl commented "but it's a baby" (he heard the baby crying) and Merle of course didn't care. rolleyes

Merle is such a jackass. Did you hear him tell Daryl (about the people on the bridge)..."they didn't even offer us an enchilada." lol He is so damn unlikeable he's laughable sometimes.

Yes, Merle DOES definitely make the storyline stand out but I can't see him staying at the prison. I think everyone wants Daryl back BUT nobody wants Merle. So, I think Daryl will stay and Merle will leave.....Maybe go back to the Governor? confused Wait...then again, the Governor is pissed at him for lying about Mishone being killed. And there's the whole arena fight. Nevermind. He can't go back there.
