John Iorillo is dead and Ivy is right he died in 2010, DeNova is dying and has not been active for years. As for made guys you are correct the only 2 ever confirmed made are Papalardo and Iacobacci.

Anthony "Tony" Velotta (1943-Pr) * made in 1994 * soldier
I don't know which source you got this from, but none of these guys were made because nobody by 1994 was a recognized boss. There are two made guys left, RJ Papalardo and Joe "Loose" Iacobacci
The names themselves have come from other, fairly solid sources. But they never made any comment about when exactly these guys got made. I'm not sure where those dates came from.
Mods should mind their own business and leave poster's profile signatures alone.
