Not 100% sure but I think....
A: the bookie guy who had the money ready for Nicky but didn't cough it up. What follows is Nicky saying something like, "oh you're confused" takes him to window with hole in it, the type you see at movie theatres and adds, "maybe if I stick your face through that tiny hole you'll get unconfused"

I really got this from the script and in the film he sort mutters different things, so I'll let you go now. I think in the film he actually mutters, "that's just that's just, f*cking BS....."
