yeah mad sam seems to be the most out there mob guy ive ever heard about. it does seem like chicago produced more true blue psychopaths than new york. when you hear about chicago's pyschos its usually extreme tourtous stuff like this

I believe that was the more clever, paraphrased version from HBO's Gotti. The real comment went something like, "I'm the boss of my own family. My wife and kids."

My all-time favorite mob related quotes are from crooked fed Paul Rico mouthing off to Congress. My lord those were some killer one liners.
