Dualshock 3's are on sale at Amazon for $40. Considering they're normally $54, I'll take the $14 discount.

I've been waiting for the price to go down to pick up a DS3. And I'm glad I did! Thanks for the info, JJ!

Have to say I like the DS3 much better. The weightier controller feels more responsive, just because it doesn't give you the sense it will crack if you put pressure greater than that of a five year old on the sticks.

Vibration is good. More subtle that the Dualshock 2, but that's a good thing.

I finally plunked down the $$ for a DS3 yesterday. Man...what a difference! You really don't know you miss the rumble (and extra heft) until you've went so long without it. I'm playing through MGS4 and GTA4 again just to feel the difference.
