First of all welcome BEavis. I suggest you purchase this book because you will further enhance your knowledge of the other characters (besides the main, Corleone family). Most parts are precise and some of the films scenes are improvised by FFC. Some of the books parts are not scene on the film (so its an interesting read and I assure you my fellow mafiosos will agree). Goodluck and take it easy.

"Life is so beatiful" - Don Vito in The Godfather novel
"My name is Michael Corleone...There are people who'd pay a lot of money for that information" - The Godfather

Read the book, it helps put a lot of the things in GF1 in perspective.

"Life is so beautiful."

"Even the King of Italy didn't dare to meddle with the relationship of a husband and wife."

Don Vito Corleone
