There's a girl I wanna talk to on facebook, but, I feel kinda weird b/c I only have like ONE facebook friend -- most of my friends are in their late 20's-early 30's and really don't frequent the site. Thus you all have to add me as a friend so I don't feel like such a Norman Bates when I talk to her.

MySpace is an amazing marketing tool for musicians, thus ppl like Whisper value it very highly I suppose. But Facebook would be a better choice if we want some of the BB oldies to join up. \:p

Actually, truth be told, there isn't a girl. Mother doesn't like it when I talk online with girls.

My friend was marrying a guy whose last name was Kunz (properly pronounced Koonz, but you know) and she swore that if she ever had a daughter she would name her Candy, because it sounded like such an awesome stripper name.

I'm in, and now part of the group

He - (Simón Bolívar) - was shaken by the overwhelming revelation that the headlong race between his misfortunes and his dreams was at that moment reaching the finishing line. The rest was darkness. "Damn it," He sighed. "How will I ever get out of this labyrinth!"

So what’s the labyrinth?

That’s the mystery isn’t it? Is the labyrinth living or dying? Which is he trying to escape - the world, or, the end of it?

I kind of dislike both myspace and facebook. Avidly.

I have a facebook that my sister made me when she was drunk, and I will check it out occasionally, I guess it's not as bad as myspace. Myspace is just a rotten hell of advertising and illiterate teenagers, and it's gotten much worse since Fox, another entity that I just full-out loath, bought it. I guess it's good if you're in a band; you can basically milk it for free PR. But otherwise, I never really got into the whole thing.

Well, that's all. I'm just pure negativity.

Lot of people put their music on myspace as a way to get it out and listened to.

Hey LLC don't front..your band rocks the myspace..it is a good outlet if you actually have shit that's released..promote that shit for free...why complain?

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I don't really like it, but I guess it's good promotion. That's all I was saying.

I don't know. I'm defensive. I'm drunk. Blah.

I still can't get the hang of Facebook. Somebody please help me out here.

Underneath a person's profile picture it says "Send So-and-so a Message". If I click on that and send a message, where does it go? Does it go on the "wall" for everyone to see or does it go to email? And how do I know if someone sent me a message back?

Messages are private, and are sent to the recipient's inbox. When they reply it'll show a # next to your "Inbox" in the header showing you how many new msgs you have. They're like PMs here - and you can have 1 or more people per msg.

BTW, Blib, if you ever make a mistake and post something in the open that you don't want everyone to see you can always delete it. (Go to your Profile page and all your posts will show there... you have the option of deleting them there).
