A couple more woth mentioning Mr Bean The series followed the exploits of Mr. Bean, described by Atkinson as "a child in a grown man's body" in solving various problems presented by everyday tasks and often causing disruption in the process.BBC Andy and Lou-Little Britain In Herby City live Andy and his carer Lou. What Lou doesn't know is that there's nothing wrong with Andy's legs, and whenever he turns his back, Andy's off out of his chair and gambolling about like a fat, balding, semi-naked spring lamb. BBC

I hope this works. Here is the "yellow Light" scene with Jim at the DMV. Also, check out the "Lumberjack" scene. I forgot about it. Real short, but hilarious. I'm laughing so hard I'm crying. TIS Taxi That is one of my all time favorite scenes on TV! I just played it and people are walking by my office looking at me like I am nuts!
