The Travel Channel has a few shows that are quite interesting. All are food-related (with a bit of traveling thrown in), and some are downright fascinating:

Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern

No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain

Taste of America with Mark DeCarlo

Epicurious with Michael Lomonaco

There may be others, but these are the ones I've watched and they immediately came to mind.

Anybody have any thoughts or opinions? Did I omit any worthwhile shows?

Signor V.

"For me, there's only my wife..."

"Sure I cook with wine - sometimes I even add it to the food!"

"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies?"

"It was a grass harp... And we listened."

"Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it? Every, every minute?"

"No. Saints and poets, maybe... they do some."
