Sounds absolutely delicious - especially the sausages and garlic mushrooms!

Whats a "spaghetti fritter"?? Good question SC Chop up some anchovies, some chillies and some garlic. Grate some fresh parmesan and mix it all together with a couple of eggs and some salt and pepper! Boil up some spaghetti and then cool it off and chop it up! Mix the spaghetti up with the mixture and then fry them up in a pan on both sides till golden brown! Hey Presto! Tasty food for all

Aside from the anchovies it sounds good!
Thanx, Yogi. No probs SC I guess you can put anything in instead of anchovies if you don't like them!

The kids were crying for more...
How ironic. People usually just cry after eating my cooking.
How about a little less questions and a lot more shut the hell up - Brian Griffin
