So yesterday with me being on holiday i decided to make the dinner for everyone, just to show that i can ;\)
My wife is such a good cook and i work such long hours that i don't get in the kitchen that much, which is a shame cos i love to cook when i get the chance. Open a nice bottle of red wine and make some mayhem i say \:\)
So back to yesterday, and i treated us all to my world famous Spaghetti Fritters,Garlic Mushrooms,Spicy Sausages and Fresh Fruit Salad with cream
Absolutely delish i tell ya!
The kids were crying for more...

Artie Bucco?
Who needs him? \:D

Pork chops in rosemary tonight.....
I'm salivating just thinking about it...just like one of Pavlov's Dogs \:\)

Sounds absolutely delicious - especially the sausages and garlic mushrooms!

Good question SC \:\)
Chop up some anchovies, some chillies and some garlic. Grate some fresh parmesan and mix it all together with a couple of eggs and some salt and pepper!
Boil up some spaghetti and then cool it off and chop it up!
Mix the spaghetti up with the mixture and then fry them up in a pan on both sides till golden brown!
Hey Presto!
Tasty food for all

I guess you can put anything in instead of anchovies if you don't like them!

How ironic. People usually just cry after eating my cooking.
