I just watched Disneys (C) Lion king yesterday, and i noticed something that probaly is pretty silly. The way they portrayd (sorry spelling) the caracter "Scar" (theres ofcourse the name), kinda remind me of Tonys caracter in scarface. "Scar" has a scar the exact same place in the face as Tony, but also the way of getting to the top, by wiping out Mufasa (simbas dad)being a respected lion , and then dying in the end, falling out a cliff (tony falls out the balcony in SF).. This migth just be me, but i kinda hope that the designers of Lion king, made a tribute to Scarface. In so case, thank you Disney (C) (Disney is a copyright trademark, and may not be used to make fun at )

Hey hey hey.... This is not a statement, just a theory (sorry spelling).... Its just fun man, and isent that what forums are for?? So i dont see why your all going crasy about a theory...
I found this on imdb, trivia for Lion King:
The scar on Scar's face is in exactly the same place as it is on Al Pacino's character Tony Montana in the movie Scarface (1983).

He he, thanks a lot Brwne Byte. I just see this forum as a place for ideas and silly thougts. A place where people with the same thougts can get them out of there system, and mix with othere people who migth have some of the same ideas. When i first found this forum i was thrilled to read all the intelligent threads that are posted here. So after reading and wieving for about two years, i decided to make an acount. But i just think that some people may have been in here to long, and are beginning to think that they have all the rigth answears. That i see as a dangerous, and sad development in human behavior. I´m not only talking about this thread, but i see it more and more all over the forum. Most of the "oldschollers" in here, are really freindly and really helpfull, but there are a few couple of rotten aples. This is just my opinion, think of it what you wish.

I never said I had all the right answers, but I'm sorry, I just found this thread to be too hilarious. Speaking of which, you know you never backed me up with my Jafar and The Godfather connection. Come on, I thought we were supposed to have each others backs?

Well it´s pretty hard to explain. In Denmark, when something is far out, and dosent make any sense at all, well then its funny. It probarly sounds stupid to you, but again, "Culturel Diferencies"...

No, those that have been here for a long time, don't think that they have all the right answers. It's just that they've seen a lot of new members come and go. You find in this thread, you stay loyal you move up and you move up fast. You know what a haza is? It's Yiddish for pig. It's a guy he's got more' posts n what he needs, so he don't fly straight anymore, y'know. That's the problem in this thread sometimes, there's too many 'hazas' posting here and they're the ones you got to watch out for. See it all comes down to one thing, never forget it! Lesson number one -- don't under- estimate the other guy's knowledge. Don Cardi
Don Cardi Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.

Scarface to me reminds me of anchiant (spelling) Egyptian grandure. You know, riches, gold (found everywhere in Tony's place) decadence and high status like the Pharohs had.
To me, Tony Montana makes me think of a Pharoh, a proud and powerful one, who expresses his taste for fine things. And Elvira, like his queen. She could be Cleopatra of Nefriti(sp).
She, the majestic queen of Egypt is revered for her beauty and status.
Tony is a tragic pharoh, like Ramses. Ramses thought he was a god;that he had all the power. And so he didn't believe in God or the power of God. He made many sins, and revelled in his gold and riches, until one day, his sins caused him to lose his family and everyone he loved. They were all killed by the plage that God brought upon them (or in Tony's case, karma did it.) And so, in the end Ramses dies alone,in sin. Like Tony!
Now, I'm not an avid Bible reader, but that's just what I connect it with.

Woow! that´s some cool shit.. That´s what i mean. A movie/book/ a piece of music/art, have different effects on us, and we make different conclusions, and comparisons. For me, its interresting to hear other peoples ideas, and perspectives, just like the one wrtitten by Brw Byte here. The reasons for creating this post, was that i thougth other people migth be interested in hearing my idea, or to start a debate, which i think is acomplished. I do see the silly, and absurde in comparing scarface with lion king, but i also see the funny perspective in it.
