i know how its pronounced and its not just NY, when i go to Calabria ppl say it like that to, but u can hear a difference cause they mean to say va fa n cuolo but it sounds like a B, its a thing with the "V", likke my family when they say voglio, it sounds like boglio, but thats just how they say it but if someone purposly said it with a "b" u can usally pick up on it.

I checked out the site at the link from which this photo is posted.

It appears as if the picture was recently taken on May 14th, and uploaded to this photo site on May 16th.

My guess? It's the guy's uncle or somebody, who everyone tells he looks just like Frank Pentangelli or someone from The Godfather, so the guy figured he'd have a little fun with us.

We are all assuming the mystery man is an actor whom appeared in GFII. Perhaps it is a producer, assistant of some sort, stage hand, one of any number of people who work on a movie without appearing on screen.
